Refund policy

every unemployable. piece is part of a limited capsule and made to order. because we print on demand and never restock a capsule, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong size — so please check the size guide on each product page before you order. if you're between sizes, email us first and we'll help you pick.

damaged, defective, or wrong items

if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. email contact@unemployable.community within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you usually won't need to ship anything back.

refunds

approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

order changes & cancellations

need to change a size or address, or cancel? email us within 24 hours of ordering. once a piece goes into production we can't change or cancel it.
